It’s been cold, a little snowy and ice patches abound. What can we do to usher in the much-anticipated Spring season? Look ahead to warmer weather, and what better way to do that than a warm gathering with friends and a new HOT hor’s d’oeuvre. The savory cup cake. This week we feature the Southwestern Cup Cake. Our corn-based cup cake features a medley of fresh corn, tomato, onions topped with a black bean lime chicken sauce.

Hello World! HeyItsACupCake! is coming to a television screen near you. Look for us Wednesday, February 24 on CBS 3, beginning at 6:00am. We will be LIVE in the CBS 3 Studio, cooking in the kitchen and feeding the masses. We will be appearing in the 6:00am hour on CBS 3, and then you can join us again at 7:20 am and 8:40 am on the sister station CW Philly. Hope to see you there!

But wait! There’s more! HeyItsACupCake! will be featured in a segment to air on FYI, seen on Channel 6ABC in March. Information will be forthcoming and check your local listings for details!

It’s a Cup Cake has finally found our new home in the midst of mile high snow piles! Not to be deterred our cup cakes are still warming hearts and tummies all over the Tri State area.
